This directly contradicts what is stated on official websites, all of which confirm that a VAR intervention took place. I also personally watched the match and clearly saw the VAR review and goal disallowance. This seems like a clear error in bet settlement. Where else can I escalate or file a complaint, since the support team is not addressing this properly?
